Delivery Scope: We currently only ship to addresses within Australia. We do not support delivery to other countries.
Shipping Fees: We offer free shipping on orders of AUD 70 or more. For orders under AUD 70, a flat shipping fee of AUD 7.99 applies.
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.
Shipping Duration: Delivery times usually fluctuate between 5 to 15 business days.

6. Order Cancellation
Cancellation Conditions: Orders may be cancelled directly within 48 hours of placement if they have not yet been shipped. If more than 48 hours have passed since the order was placed, or if the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, please wait for the logistics delivery and then contact us to initiate a return and refund.
Refunds: Refunds will be returned to the same payment method used for the purchase.
Arrival Time: Once the cancellation is confirmed, the refund will be returned to the bank card (Visa, MasterCard) account used for payment.
