Thank you for shopping at Auraverida (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "us"). We are dedicated to providing you with high-quality furniture, including Nightstands, Loft beds, Kids tables, Cribs, and Bedside tables. We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to adjust your purchase. Please review our policy below regarding order cancellations.

Order Cancellation Conditions
We strive to process orders efficiently. The ability to cancel depends on the status of your order:

  • Within 48 Hours & Unshipped: If you submit a cancellation request within 48 hours of placing the order and the order has not yet been shipped, you may cancel directly for a full refund.

  • Over 48 Hours or Shipped: If your cancellation request is made more than 48 hours after placing the order, or if the order has already been dispatched (regardless of the time elapsed), we cannot cancel the order. In this case, please wait for the logistics carrier to deliver the items, and then contact us to initiate a return. For more details on this process, please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy.

Order Cancellation Process
To request a cancellation, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service team immediately via email at contact@auraverida.com or by calling +1 (646) 262-2837.

  • In your request, please strictly provide your Order Number and valid Proof of Payment so we can locate your record quickly.

  • Our team will process your application immediately upon receipt. Once approved, we will inform you of the result and arrange for the refund without delay.

Refund Instructions
Once your cancellation is confirmed and processed:

  • Method: The refund will be automatically returned to the original payment account (Visa or MasterCard) used during the purchase.

  • Processing Time: Depending on the processing efficiency of different banking institutions, we estimate that the refund will arrive in your account within 1-5 business days.

  • Overdue Refunds: If you have not received your refund after this period, please contact us immediately for assistance.

Order Modification
If you need to change the shipping address or modify the items in your order (e.g., changing the color of a Crib or size of a Loft bed), please contact us within 48 hours of placing the order.

  • We will attempt to make the changes if the order has not yet been shipped.

  • If the order has already been shipped, we cannot modify the address or content. You may need to follow the return process after receipt.

Order Cancellation by Us
We reserve the right to cancel an order under specific circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Stock Issues: If an item (e.g., a specific Kids table) becomes unavailable or is out of stock after you place the order.

  • System Errors: In the event of pricing errors or system glitches that result in incorrect order details.

  • Payment Issues: If the payment cannot be verified or is declined by the bank.
    In such events, we will notify you immediately via email and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Duplicate Orders
If you have accidentally placed duplicate orders for the same items, please contact us immediately. We will cancel the duplicate order and process a full refund for the extra transaction, provided the items have not yet shipped.
