Welcome to Auraverida (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "us"). We are dedicated to providing you with the best delivery experience for your furniture needs, including bedside tables, loft beds, children's tables, and cribs. Please read the following shipping terms carefully.
Delivery Scope
We currently offer shipping services exclusively within Australia. We do not support delivery to countries other than Australia at this time.
Shipping Fees

Free Shipping: Orders totaling 70 AUD or more are eligible for free standard shipping.

Standard Shipping Fee: For orders totaling less than 70 AUD, a flat shipping fee of 7.99 AUD will be charged.
Taxes
All applicable taxes and relevant fees are already included in the product price displayed on our store. You are not required to pay any additional tax charges upon delivery.
Order Cut-off Time
Our order cut-off time is 18:00 (6:00 PM) based on Australia/Sydney time (AEST/AEDT).

Orders placed before 18:00 on a business day: Order processing begins on the same day.

Orders placed after 18:00: Order processing will commence on the next business day.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed starting on the next available business day.
Handling Time
Once an order is confirmed, the handling time required to pick, pack, and prepare your items for shipment is 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday).
Transit Time
After the handling process is complete and the package has been handed over to the carrier, the estimated transit time for delivery is 5 to 15 business days. Please note that transit times may vary depending on your specific location within Australia.
Logistics Carriers
We partner with reliable carriers to ensure the safety of your furniture, including Australia Post, StarTrack, Sendle, and Allied Express. We reserve the right to select the most appropriate carrier based on the size and weight of your items.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your order number, payment receipt, carrier information, and a tracking number. You can track the status of your shipment by visiting the "Order Tracking" page on our website. Simply enter your email address or phone number along with the corresponding order number to query the latest status.
Liability Statement

Product Damage or Loss: If your furniture arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund in accordance with our policies.

Modifications and Cancellations: If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us before the order has been shipped. Once the order has been handed over to the carrier, we may not be able to intercept the package, and return shipping fees may apply.

Delivery Address and Responsibility: We are responsible for delivering the package to the address provided at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer or for packages stolen after a confirmed delivery.
Signing Instructions
Due to the nature of furniture items (bedside tables, beds, etc.), we strongly recommend inspecting the outer packaging upon arrival.

If the packaging appears significantly damaged, please note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing or refuse the shipment and contact us immediately.

If you authorize "Authority to Leave" (leaving the package at the door), we are not liable for any loss or damage that occurs after delivery.
Delivery Attempts and Failure
If the carrier attempts delivery and you are not available to receive the package, a card may be left with instructions on how to collect your package or arrange a redelivery. If the package is returned to us due to repeated failed delivery attempts or an undeliverable address, the customer may be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
Multiple Packages
Please be aware that large furniture orders (such as loft beds or cribs) may be shipped in multiple boxes to ensure safety during transit. These boxes may arrive on different days depending on the carrier's sorting process. Please check your tracking information for details on multi-piece shipments.
